Citi hires fx options director
LONDON, March 17 Citigroup C. N has made three hires in its foreign exchange operations, hiring two in options trading and one in technology, the bank said on Monday. Charlie Cernosia and Nathan Swami will join Citi's yen options trading team from Lehman Brothers, a bank spokesman said.
Cersonia was a senior FX options trader at Lehman in New York and Swami was a senior trader in exotic and vanilla currency options in Singapore. Both will join Citi in April and report to London-based Nigel Kahkoo, head of G10 options, although the bank declined to say where the new hires will be based.
Neil Boston joins Citi's options technology team from Merrill Lynch as chief technical architect responsible for pricing and risk management of options, reporting to Eric Hirschorn, head of technology in FX. He will join in May. Editing by Quentin Bryar.
